CUSTOMER QUESTIONS
How much space do I need on my driveway for the carport to fit?
Allow 13 m² per parking space, i.e. 26 m² for two cars and 104 m² for 8 cars.
What is included in the kit?
The kit contains the complete structure with connectors, bolts and accessories. It does not include the foundation or the gutter. Trapezoidal sheeting or a system improving water-tightness can be added as an option – please contact our sales department for a quotation.
Do I need to build a foundation, and if so, how deep? If not, how do I fix the carport to the ground?.
The carport must be installed on a foundation. The foundation is placed below the frost line: depending on location, between 80 cm and 120 cm below ground level.
What type of concrete should I use for the foundation?
Use C20/25 (B25) concrete for the foundation.
How thick are the structural members? (Is it cheaper than the competition because it uses thinner or lower-quality components?)
All structural components are selected individually for each specific project.
How many people are needed for assembly? (Can I put it together on my own with my neighbour?)

Is there a step-by-step assembly guide?.
We prepare individual instructions for every order.
Does the carport have a gutter system, or does rainwater run off the whole surface?
Gutters are not part of our supply. The carport can be fitted with elements for attaching gutters and downpipes. This is an optional extra – please ask our sales department.
Are the panels supplied with it?
No, the price refers to the structure only, without photovoltaic modules. Panels can be purchased separately and are available in our range.
Is the carport protected against corrosion? How?
Yes, the carports are protected against corrosion with a special anti-corrosion coating.
