Description
Point glass clamp Ø48 mm AISI 304 satin – flat system
Round point clamp Ø48 mm for mounting glass in stainless balustrades — designed for installation on flat surfaces. Made from stainless steel AISI 304 with satin finish, which ensures high corrosion resistance and an aesthetic, subdued appearance. The clamp accommodates glass thickness from 8 to 16.76 mm, making it suitable for both toughened and laminated glass balustrades.
Construction and installation
The clamp has a two-part construction with rubber gaskets that protect the glass from mechanical damage and ensure stable, play-free mounting. Installation is carried out with hex socket, which facilitates precise tightening and enables quick installation without specialist tools. The fixing element is equipped with M10 thread for connection to an anchor set in the load-bearing structure. The central slotted hole measuring 21.5 × 12 mm allows position adjustment of the clamp during installation, which is particularly useful when aligning glass panels vertically.

Application
The clamp is primarily intended for glass balustrades mounted on flat surfaces — posts, walls, steel profiles. Thanks to the universal glass thickness range (8–16.76 mm) it can be used with single-layer toughened glass and multi-layer laminated glass (e.g. 2×8.38 mm = 16.76 mm). The satin finish harmonises with other brushed stainless steel balustrade elements, maintaining the consistent appearance of the entire installation.
