Description
Point fixing glass bracket Ø 48 mm AISI 304 – flat system, satin
Round point fixing bracket Ø 48 mm for mounting glass in stainless steel balustrades — designed for mounting on flat surfaces. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish, combining aesthetics with high corrosion resistance. Thanks to the keyed tightening system (bolt holes Ø 3.20 mm), it provides secure and adjustable mounting for glass panels from 8 to 16.76 mm thick.
Construction and operating principle
The bracket consists of a mounting base with M10 internal thread (fixed to the supporting structure) and a clamping nut screwed onto an M39 thread, which clamps the glass through rubber seals. The mounting hole in the base has an oblong shape (21.5 × 12 mm), allowing position adjustment during installation. The internal diameter of the base is 32 mm, and the centre distance of key holes in the nut is 24 mm.

Application
The bracket is designed for professional mounting of glass panels in balustrades, curtain walls and partitions made of toughened or laminated glass. The flat system allows direct mounting to posts, steel profiles or other structural elements with flat surfaces. The satin finish harmoniously complements typical balustrades made from brushed stainless steel.
