Steel upper hinge fi 50 mm from PSG brand designed for mounting gates and swing gate wings. The bearing construction ensures smooth and quiet operation of the wing, whilst the serrated adjustment surface enables precise position setting after installation. Equipped with mounting bracket with fixing plate — ready for quick installation without additional adapters.
Application and load capacity
The hinge is designed for upper suspension of gate or gate wing. A pair of hinges (upper + lower) provides permissible load up to 250 kg for a wing length of 2 m. The bearing eliminates metal-to-metal friction, which translates to long service life and maintenance-free operation even with intensive use.
The serrated contact surface between the adjustment plate and the bracket enables precise adjustment of angle and hinge position after mounting — simply loosen the central screw, correct the setting and tighten again.
