PSG toothed rack made from plastic with steel core is a reliable solution for driving self-supporting sliding gates weighing up to 800 kg. The plastic coating over the steel core ensures quiet and smooth operation, which is particularly important in residential installations and facilities requiring low noise levels.
The set contains three sections of rack, each 333 mm long, connected together using interlocking joints — this allows you to quickly achieve a continuous toothed line with a total length of 999 mm. The set also includes self-drilling screws with washers, enabling quick installation without the need to drill holes. Each rack section is equipped with two mounting brackets, ensuring secure and simple attachment to the gate wing.
