Steel anchor M20 with adjustable hinge and rosette is a complete mounting kit designed for installing gate and gate hinges in concrete, stone or clinker posts. Thanks to the specially profiled narrowing for chemical anchor application the installation is quick, reliable and durable — without the need for wet mortar setting of the anchor.
The kit includes an anchor with length 160 mm and diameter fi 27 mm with internal thread M20 and a complete adjustable hinge M20 with rosette. The hinge adjustment range is 40–65 mm, which allows precise adjustment of gate or gate leaf position after anchor installation. The rosette with diameter 58 mm masks the mounting point and gives the installation an aesthetic, finished appearance.

Application and installation
The anchor is designed to be built in or glued into fence posts — concrete, stone or clinker. The narrowing on the anchor body is profiled to ensure optimal connection with chemical anchor, which guarantees high load capacity and resistance to dynamic loads typical for gate and gate leaves. The rosette covering the mounting point ensures a clean, professional visual effect.
Hinge adjustment in the range 40–65 mm allows correction of leaf position without the need to dismantle the anchor, which significantly speeds up finishing work on construction sites and eliminates the need to re-set the element with minor dimensional deviations of the post.
