PSG cable starter bracket for 6 mm cable to 42.4 mm tube – AISI 304 stainless steel satin finish
Universal cable starter bracket designed for cable balustrade systems. Enables mounting of 6 mm diameter cable to a balustrade post with diameter 42.4 mm or directly to a surface (e.g. wall). Thanks to the M6 threaded construction, the bracket requires no welding — installation is carried out by screwing in, which significantly reduces installation time and eliminates the need for finishing work on welds at the site.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish, the bracket provides high corrosion resistance — suitable for both internal and external installations. The satin surface perfectly complements other components of stainless steel balustrade systems, ensuring an aesthetic, cohesive appearance of the entire structure.

Installation without welding
The bracket is a starter element of the cable system — it is mounted at the beginning of the cable run in the post or wall. The M6 thread allows for quick screwing into a prepared hole, and two Allen screws in the body lock the cable after threading it through. This solution eliminates the need to use a welder on the construction site, which is particularly important when installing balustrades in finished buildings — no sparks, no surface damage, no need for grinding.
Application
The bracket is intended for balustrades with cable infill mounted on staircases, balconies, terraces and mezzanines. The universal design allows for use with both round posts of 42.4 mm diameter and flat mounting elements — walls, posts or closed profiles. The element is part of a complete cable system where all components are dimensionally and materially compatible.
