PSG pivot pin with plate (30) is a steel bottom hinge designed for mounting swing gates. The element consists of a pivot pin seated in the sleeve of the upper hinge and a square mounting plate that is fixed to the gate base. Solid, monolithic steel construction ensures high load capacity and durability even under intensive use.
The permissible load of a hinge pair (upper + lower) on a gate leaf of 2 m length is 150 kg, allowing safe suspension of heavy leaves with solid or panel infill. The pivot pin is mounted from below – the plate provides a stable base, and the profiled pin with groove ensures secure seating and free rotation of the leaf.

Application and installation
The pivot pin with plate is the lower element of a swing gate hinge. The plate is mounted to the post or fence base using screws (central hole in the plate), and the pivot pin forms the axis on which the gate leaf rotates. The product is intended for use in pair with an appropriate upper hinge – together they form a complete hinge system for one leaf. Thanks to the massive construction and simple geometry, installation is quick and does not require specialist tools, which translates to shorter completion time for construction projects.
