PSG gate hinge for welding 20×120 mm steel butterfly

Butterfly hinge for welding PSG 20×120 mm is a robust hardware element designed for mounting swing gates, garden gates and heavy steel structures. Made from mild steel, it is adapted for permanent welded connection — simply weld the leaves to the frame and gate wing to achieve solid, reliable suspension.

Two-part construction with sleeve and pin ensures smooth operation of opening and closing, whilst leaf thickness of 4 mm guarantees high resistance to deformation even under heavy loads. The hinge is supplied in raw condition — it can be protected against corrosion (painting, galvanising) to match the finish of the entire structure.
