Construction details
The rack has special levelling holes (so-called beans), which significantly facilitate precise positioning of the rack in the drive axis during installation. This allows the installer to quickly correct the position without the need to drill additional holes. The set does not include mounting sleeves — these must be selected separately, depending on the type of post or gate support beam.
Installation tip: for complete sliding gate travel, several sections of toothed rack need to be connected. The total length should correspond to the gate leaf travel range with a margin for pinion engagement.
