PSG galvanised steel rack rail for sliding gates 1000 mm module 4

PSG steel rack rail for cantilever sliding gates — universal drive component compatible with automation from leading manufacturers: CAME, FAAC, NICE, BFT, BENINCA and other actuators with tooth module 4. Galvanised surface ensures corrosion resistance, whilst special slotted mounting holes enable precise levelling of the rack during installation — saving time on adjustment and eliminating the risk of uneven gate guidance.

The set includes three mounting sleeves, so you don't need to order additional accessories. A single section of 1 metre length allows easy selection of the required number of pieces for specific gate length — simply connect consecutive segments.

Compatibility

The rack works with sliding gate drives equipped with module 4 pinion — standard used by most European gate automation manufacturers. Confirmed compatibility with CAME, FAAC, NICE, BFT and BENINCA actuators. This allows you to use it in new installations as well as when servicing or expanding existing systems.

Installation tips

Oval mounting holes (slots) allow vertical adjustment of rack position without drilling new holes — crucial advantage when aligning on uneven gate structures. Racks connect end-to-end, whilst sleeves provide secure, point fixing to the gate's support beam.
