PSG adjustable upper guide is a steel element that stabilises a sliding gate vertically during opening and closing. Two adjustable plastic rollers allow precise adjustment of the spacing to match the thickness of the gate's upper profile — both cantilever and tracked gates. Thanks to its simple construction and adjustment range of 0–195 mm, the installer can quickly adapt the guide to a wide range of gates without the need to replace components.
Construction and application
The guide is designed for gates finished in the upper section with a closed profile of straight shape, without protruding decorative elements. The gate slides between two rollers that keep it vertical and eliminate lateral deflection. The guide profile is welded to a square mounting plate with four holes — the element is fixed directly to a masonry or steel post using screws (not included in the set).
The entire unit is made from galvanised steel, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long service life in outdoor conditions. Guide rollers made from black plastic prevent scratching of the gate surface and operate quietly.
