PSG adjustable hinge plate M12 is a solid mounting plate made from AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for mounting adjustable hinges with M12 thread. The universal design with four mounting holes and raw surface makes this component perfect for constructing balustrades, gates, doors and other external structures requiring durable and corrosion-resistant connections.
Thanks to the use of AISI 304 stainless steel, the plate forms a protective chromium oxide layer on the surface, which effectively prevents rusting even in conditions of high humidity, changing temperatures and atmospheric pollution. Application and mounting
The plate is mounted using four screws through holes with diameter 10.5 mm, arranged in 35 × 55 mm spacing. The central M12 thread enables quick screwing in of the adjustable hinge pin, allowing precise adjustment of gate or door leaf position. The universal design means the plate fits both left and right mounting — without the need to order separate variants.
The raw stainless steel surface allows for finish customisation to meet individual project requirements — the component can be left in raw state, polished or covered with additional protective coating.
