PSG M20 adjustable hinge is a robust, steel suspension component designed for leaf gates. Thanks to the M20 thread with adjustment nut, it enables precise correction of the gate leaf position at any time — both directly after installation and during operation, when the structure sags or changes geometry due to temperature effects.

Application and installation
The hinge is designed for installation on leaf gate posts — steel, masonry or concrete. Four mounting holes in the plate (Ø 10.5 mm) allow secure fixing to the substrate using appropriate screws or anchors. After fixing the plate to the post and the knuckle to the gate leaf, simply tighten the adjustment nut on the M20 thread to set the desired leaf position. Adjustment can be repeated multiple times — this is particularly useful in winter when metal contracts in low temperatures, and in summer when it expands thermally.
