PSG adjustable gate hinge M20 with brass washers – 180° opening angle
Description
PSG adjustable gate hinge M20 with brass washers – 180° opening angle

The adjustable M20 hinge with brass washers from PSG is a durable suspension element for gates or garden gates, designed for years of trouble-free operation. Thanks to the 180° opening angle, the gate leaf can be fully opened to a position parallel with the post — without risk of the hinge jamming. Brass washers between the lug and pin ensure smooth operation and significantly extend the service life of the connection, eliminating metal-to-metal friction.
A pair of hinges carries loads up to 450 kg, allowing for the installation of heavy steel, wrought iron and wooden gates. The pin with M20 thread is galvanised, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and protection against adverse weather conditions. The lug and connector are made from black steel — these elements can be additionally painted or lacquered to match the aesthetics of the fencing.

Application and installation
The hinge is designed for heavy gates and garden gates — particularly steel, wrought iron and wooden ones. The adjustable lug with elongated hole (kidney slot) in the mounting plate enables precise adjustment of leaf position after hinge installation, which significantly simplifies gate alignment relative to the post. The element is mounted on M20 thread with nut and washer (supplied with pin).
