PSG adjustable hinge M20 with plate is a durable mounting component designed for swing gates — both domestic and industrial. Made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees high corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor installations exposed to varying weather conditions. Adjustment and mounting
One of the key advantages of this hinge is the smooth adjustment range from 46 to 68 mm (distance from pin axis to mounting plane). This allows precise adjustment of the gate leaf position after mounting the plate, which is particularly important with uneven posts or when compensating for manufacturing tolerances. The M20 thread ensures solid and secure attachment, whilst four mounting holes of ø11.5 mm diameter with 75 mm spacing enable stable fixing of the plate to post or wall.
