PSG adjustable gate hinge M20 galvanised for welding – 30 mm bore
Steel adjustable PSG hinge with M20 thread designed for mounting swing gates by welding. Thanks to threaded adjustment it enables precise positioning of the gate leaf both during installation and during operation — without the need to dismantle the structure. Galvanised coating guarantees years of corrosion resistance in external conditions, which eliminates the need for frequent maintenance and reduces operating costs.
Hinge adjustment is carried out using a nut on the M20 threaded pin. This allows correction of the leaf position at any time — for example after sagging of the structure under its own weight or thermal deformation of metal during winter. Simply tighten or loosen the nut to restore proper gate operation.
Permissible load for a pair of hinges mounted on a leaf with a length of 2 m is 100 kg.
