PSG adjustable gate hinge with M14 screw designed for mounting swing gates. Thanks to the adjustment nut, it enables quick correction of gate leaf positioning without the need for dismantling – both immediately after installation and during operation. This is particularly important during seasonal temperature changes, when metal contracts or expands, causing sagging or jamming of the structure.
Steel construction with galvanised coating ensures high corrosion resistance and durability in outdoor conditions. Maximum gate leaf load is 80 kg, making the hinge suitable for typical swing gates used in residential and industrial fencing.

Construction and operating principle
The hinge consists of three main components: U-bracket (mounted to the shield on the gate leaf), M14 threaded pin with adjustment nut and plate (mounting plate attached to the post). The U-bracket allows rotation of the pin, whilst the nut on the pin enables precise adjustment of the leaf height. Four mounting holes with diameter Ø10.5 mm in the plate ensure secure and stable attachment to the fence post.
Adjustment is possible at any time – simply loosen or tighten the nut to correct the leaf position. This allows the installer to precisely level the gate even after extended use, eliminating the need for costly service interventions.
