PSG M12 adjustable hinge with rectangular plate is a durable steel suspension element designed for mounting gates and swing gates. Thanks to the M12 thread with adjustment nut, it enables precise positioning of the gate leaf both immediately after installation and at any time during operation — e.g. after sagging of the structure or under the influence of thermal deformations of metal during winter.
The rectangular sheet metal mounting plate with four holes ensures stable fixing to the post, whilst the compact fork bracket construction allows free rotation of the gate leaf. Adjustment is achieved by tightening or loosening the nut on the threaded spindle, which moves the rotation axis within the range of 31–47 mm from the mounting plane — the installer can correct the gate setting without dismantling the hinge.
