Professional protection for swing gates

Safety cable is an essential element of every gate system — it provides the last line of protection against uncontrolled falling of the gate wing, which can lead to serious property damage or health hazards for people in the gate area. Stainless steel construction guarantees corrosion resistance and years of durability even in harsh weather conditions. The eyes (loops) at both ends of the cable are factory swaged, ensuring repeatable strength of each connection.

Set contents

  • Stainless steel cable with two swaged loops (eyes)
  • Threaded rod M12 × 180 mm
  • 2 × nut hexagonal securing M12 (height 11.5 mm)

Installation and application

The cable is installed between the gate wing and gate post — in case of hinge failure, the wing is held by the cable and does not fall to the ground. The M12 threaded rod with 180 mm length allows safe installation through gate profiles or posts, and securing nuts prevent self-loosening of the connection under the influence of vibrations and dynamic loads. The set is universal and fits most swing gates available on the market.
