PSG Mounting Plate 80×80×3 mm for Adjustable Hinge M16 – Galvanised
Mounting plate (bracket) 80×80×3 mm from PSG is a robust structural element designed to work with adjustable hinges with M16 screw. The galvanised surface guarantees high corrosion resistance, making the product perfect for outdoor applications — when mounting gates, wickets and fencing. Four mounting holes ensure durable and secure fastening to posts or load-bearing structures, and the aesthetic finish allows the plate to be used with modern fencing systems without the need for additional concealment.
Construction and Application
The centrally welded M16 nut enables quick screwing in of the adjustable hinge spindle — without the need for additional connecting elements. The chamfered corners of the plate facilitate fitting to fence post profiles, whilst the 3 mm thickness ensures adequate stiffness and load capacity of the connection. The plate is ready for immediate installation — simply bolt it to the post with four screws and screw in the hinge spindle.
