FI 35 adjustable guide roller from PSG is a reliable component of sliding gate guidance systems. Its purpose is to maintain the running rail (channel) in vertical position during gate opening and closing, which translates to smooth and trouble-free operation of the entire mechanism. Thanks to the adjustable construction, the roller position can be precisely set relative to the rail, compensating for any installation inaccuracies.
The roller with 35 mm diameter is made from plastic material and mounted on a bearing, ensuring quiet and smooth operation as well as long service life. The set includes a mounting bracket with a slotted hole (elongated opening) that enables roller position adjustment and quick mounting to the gate post.

Application and mounting
The guide roller is mounted to the sliding gate post using the included bracket. The vertical arm of the bracket (85 mm) is fixed to the post, whilst the horizontal arm (60 mm) extends towards the gate, maintaining the roller in the running rail axis. The slotted mounting hole allows for precise adjustment of roller height and position, which is particularly important when aligning the guide channel.
