KOZA Glassmove – Mounting Kit for U/L Profile 5000 mm, Glass 12–13.52 mm
The KOZA Glassmove® mounting kit is a complete solution for the professional installation of glass panels with a thickness of 12 to 13.52 mm in 5-metre aluminium profiles of the U/L type. The system ensures a stable glass position at 90°, eliminating the need for additional corrective components. Thanks to its intuitive design, installation is fast and repeatable — the ideal solution for teams working on glass balustrades, partition walls, and full-glass enclosures.
The Glassmove® system by KOZA Railing Systems stands out thanks to its thoughtfully engineered plastic components, which stabilise the glass panel within the profile and compensate for dimensional tolerances. The A and B markings embossed on the plastic clips facilitate correct installation — even a less experienced installer can quickly identify the proper orientation of each component. The use of two dedicated rubber gaskets (front and rear) ensures a tight seal and vibration damping, contributing to the durability and quiet operation of the entire glazed structure.
Kit Contents
The kit contains everything required to install a glass panel in an aluminium profile of 5 metres in length:
- Glassmove plastic mounting components — 15 complete sets (main body with A/B markings, two side strips and a securing clip)
- Front rubber gasket — 1 pc × 5.00 m
- Rear rubber gasket — 1 pc × 5.00 m
Each complete plastic mounting component consists of several parts which, when assembled, form a stable module securing the glass panel inside the profile. The fixing system allows for side and top mounting, providing full flexibility across different balustrade and glass enclosure configurations.
Rubber Gaskets
The kit includes two rubber gaskets in black, each 5 metres in length. The front and rear gaskets feature different cross-sectional profiles, matched to the geometry of the U/L aluminium profile. The flexible material ensures a tight fit against the glass panel across the thickness range of 12–13.52 mm, while simultaneously compensating for minor dimensional deviations. The gaskets absorb vibrations and eliminate direct metal-to-glass contact, protecting the panel edges from damage.

Mounting Component Details
