Mounting Kit for Aluminium U/L Profile 5000 mm – Glass 16–17.52 mm
Mounting kit for aluminium U/L profiles designed for glass panes with a thickness of 16 to 17.52 mm. It enables fast and precise installation of glass panels in 5-metre aluminium profiles with side and top fixing, providing stabilisation at 90°. The complete kit includes all necessary components — rubber gaskets and plastic mounting elements — allowing installation along the full length of the profile without the need to order additional accessories.

Rubber gaskets
The kit includes two types of black rubber gaskets, each 5000 mm in length. The front and rear gaskets differ in cross-sectional profile — the wider one provides clamping force and cushioning for the glass pane against the profile, while the narrower one stabilises the pane from the outer side. Both gaskets effectively eliminate vibrations and compensate for dimensional tolerances in the glass.
Plastic mounting components
The blue plastic mounting components serve as spacer blocks and stabilisers for the glass pane inside the aluminium profile. Their L-shaped design allows secure positioning of the glass pane for both side and top fixing. The kit contains 15 sets, enabling even distribution along the full length of the 5-metre profile.
