KOZZA Glassmove – KF U/L/Y Mounting Kit for Glass 16–17.52 mm, L=5000 mm
The Glassmove mounting kit by KOZZA Railing Systems is a complete set of components designed for the professional installation of glass panels in aluminium KF profiles of type U, L and Y. The kit is compatible with profiles of 5000 mm in length and accommodates glass thicknesses from 16 to 17.52 mm — making it ideal for fitting balustrades, glass partitions, and enclosures using toughened and laminated glass.
Fast installation and reliable stabilisation
The Glassmove system has been designed with installation companies in mind — those who value speed of execution and consistent quality. The well-thought-out design of the mounting components allows for intuitive and precise positioning of glass panels at 90°, ensuring secure fixing — both from the side and from above. Specially designed plastic brackets and rubber gaskets provide effective stabilisation of the glass panes, eliminating the risk of shifting and vibration.
Kit contents
- 2 rubber gaskets, each 5 m in length — front and rear — ensuring a secure and neat fit of the glass within the profile
- Plastic mounting components (ABS) — 20 sets of brackets and spacer wedges for adjusting and stabilising the glass panel
- Positioning clips for precise alignment of the glass pane within the profile
With a ready-to-use kit containing all the necessary components, there is no need to source parts from multiple suppliers — simply open the box and begin installation straight away.
Plastic mounting components
The plastic components serve as spacer wedges and positioning brackets — enabling adjustment of the glass position within the profile and its secure fixing. Made from durable ABS plastic, they offer high mechanical resistance. The set includes 20 sets of mounting components along with retaining clips.
Rubber gaskets – front and rear
The kit includes two rubber gaskets, each 5 metres in length — one front and one rear. They provide effective sealing of the gap between the glass and the aluminium profile, dampen vibrations, and protect the glass edges from direct contact with the aluminium. The gaskets ensure a clean, aesthetically pleasing finish to the completed installation.
