Mounting Kit for U/L Aluminium Profiles – Glass 12–13.52 mm, 2500 mm
A complete mounting kit designed for aluminium U/L profiles with a length of 2500 mm. It enables stable and precise fitting of glass panels with a thickness of 12 to 13.52 mm, ensuring secure fixing at 90°. With a ready-to-use set of seals and mounting components, you can reduce installation time and avoid the need to source individual parts separately.
Kit Contents
The kit contains all the components required to mount a glass panel in an aluminium profile over a length of 2.5 metres. Each set is factory-assembled, eliminating the risk of errors when ordering individual components.

Rubber Gaskets – Front and Rear
The kit includes two rubber gaskets, each 2500 mm in length — one front and one rear. Their purpose is to provide stable and secure seating of the glass panel within the aluminium profile. They differ in cross-sectional profile, ensuring correct clamping of the glass from both sides. The flexible material guarantees effective vibration dampening and compensates for glass thickness tolerances within the range of 12–13.52 mm.
Plastic Mounting Components
The kit includes 8 sets of mounting components made from high-strength plastic. They serve as spacers and positioning blocks, ensuring correct alignment of the glass within the profile and maintaining it in a stable position during and after installation. The angular design allows use with both side and top fixing configurations.
Applications
This kit is designed for use in glass balustrade structures, glazed balcony enclosures, and glass fencing systems where glass panels are mounted in aluminium U and L profiles.
