PSG 60 PLUS Running Trolley Kit with Accessories is a complete, cost-effective set of running components for cantilever sliding gates, designed for 60×60×4 mm track. The kit includes two 5-roller running trolleys, a guide roller with protective end cap, and a guide roller bracket — everything an installation company needs for efficient sliding gate assembly.
The 5-roller metal running trolley is the heart of the kit. Its swivel construction — the trolley is connected to the base via a pivot pin — allows it to automatically adjust to the sliding gate track. Four vertical rollers guide the track from the sides, while one horizontal roller bears the vertical load. Adjustable height via mounting screws ensures precise gate alignment. The galvanised finish guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting outdoor performance.
The guide roller with end cap is a galvanised steel component mounted at the beginning of the cantilever gate track. The roller end cap provides effective protection against snow and ice that could obstruct the track from engaging the trolleys. Mounting screws are included. The guide roller engages with the guide roller bracket fixed to the gate post — this solution distributes the gate's weight across more support points, stabilises the gate when closed, and significantly extends the service life of the running trolleys. The bracket features two mounting holes on the rear face and a rubber buffer to cushion closing impact.

Trolley Spacing (LW) Selection Based on Gate Weight and Opening Width
The table above shows the recommended running trolley axle spacing (LW) in metres, based on gate weight (P) and clear opening width (L). Correct spacing selection is critical for even load distribution and the longevity of the entire running system:
- Gate 100 kg: spacing from 0.50 m (2.0 m opening) to 0.90 m (4.0 m opening)
- Gate 125 kg: spacing from 0.60 m (2.0 m opening) to 1.20 m (4.0 m opening)
- Gate 150 kg: spacing from 0.80 m (2.0 m opening) to 1.40 m (4.0 m opening)
- Gate 175 kg: spacing from 1.00 m (2.0 m opening) to 1.70 m (4.0 m opening)
- Gate 200 kg: spacing from 1.10 m (2.0 m opening) to 2.00 m (4.0 m opening)
