Handrail mounting plate 42.4 mm – stainless steel AISI 304, satin, 64×24×4 mm
Handrail mounting plate designed for balustrade systems with 42.4 mm diameter tube. Serves as an intermediate element between the handrail bracket and flat mounting surface — screwed from above using screws. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, ensuring high corrosion resistance and an aesthetic, matt appearance that perfectly complements modern stainless steel balustrades.
The underside of the plate is profiled to suit 42.4 mm diameter tube, allowing the element to precisely fit against the handrail surface. Three mounting holes (including a central one with conical countersink) enable secure and permanent fixing. Compact dimensions and low weight ensure the plate does not visually burden the balustrade construction, maintaining the minimalist character of the installation.

Application
The mounting plate is dedicated to balustrade systems based on Ø 42.4 mm tubes — the most popular standard in the stainless steel balustrade industry. Mounted to a flat surface (e.g. post, flat bar or other load-bearing element), it provides the base for the handrail bracket. Thanks to the use of AISI 304 steel, the element is suitable for both internal and external installation in conditions of moderate exposure to atmospheric factors.
