A rectangular glass clamp 45×45×26 mm with bracket and securing pin — designed for mounting glass panels with a thickness of 6 to 10.76 mm in structural glass balustrade systems. The compact raw zamak body provides reliable glass stabilisation on flat surfaces, while the Allen screws allow precise clamping force adjustment without the need to remove the clamp.
Applications and Functions
This clamp is intended for structural and all-glass balustrade systems used in modern construction — including shopping centres, hotels, office buildings and residential properties. Mounted on a flat surface (e.g. to a post or profile), it stabilises the glass panel and prevents it from sliding out unintentionally. It also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the overall structure, maintaining a minimal, discreet form.
Construction and Installation
The clamp is fitted with two Allen screws, enabling convenient on-site adjustment of the clamping force without removing the fitting. The securing pin prevents the glass panel from shifting during use. The mounting hole with a diameter of ø8.5 mm allows the clamp to be bolted to the substrate using a standard threaded fastener.
