Description
Glass Clamp 45×45 mm – Raw Zamak, Glass 6–10.76 mm, System 42.4
A square glass clamp 45×45×26 mm designed for use in glass and frameless glass balustrade systems. Made from zamak with a raw surface finish, it provides a stable and aesthetically pleasing fixing for glass panels ranging from 6 to 10.76 mm in thickness. The clamp is compatible with Ø 42.4 mm system tubes and is installed by screwing in, allowing for fast and repeatable on-site assembly.
Application and Function
The clamp is used for stabilising glass panels in glass balustrades — securing panels against displacement whilst enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the overall structure. The set includes a safety pin with a rubber damping element, which prevents accidental loosening of the glass. Two Allen screws allow precise adjustment of the clamping pressure without the need to disassemble the clamp, significantly speeding up installation work.
Glass and frameless glass balustrades are increasingly popular in modern construction — used in shopping centres, hotels, office buildings, and residential properties alike. This clamp is ideally suited to all of these applications.
