3-Part Glass Canopy System M12 – AISI 304 Steel, Satin Finish
3-part glass canopy mounting system designed for the professional installation of glass canopies with a thickness of 8 to 17.52 mm. The complete set of AISI 304 stainless steel connectors in a satin finish provides durable, aesthetically pleasing and secure fixing of glass canopies on residential buildings and public facilities.
The set consists of three precision-engineered connectors that form a complete glass canopy mounting system with a tension rod. The glass does not come into direct contact with the brackets — pressure rubber pads included in the set protect the glass panes and simultaneously hold the glass securely in the correct position. The universal design allows installation on various building types, and where a thicker insulation layer is present on the façade, an additional mounting plate can be used, making the system exceptionally versatile.
Glass canopies serve a dual purpose — protecting against precipitation whilst adding a sense of lightness to the architectural façade. The tension rod system ensures structural rigidity whilst maintaining a minimalist appearance, ideal for contemporary buildings.

The set does not include: glass panes, tension rods or any other components not listed above. The M12 threaded tension rod (stainless steel bar) must be selected separately — available lengths are 1 m, 1.2 m and 1.5 m. The tension rod is fixed into the façade and then tensioned to achieve the optimal position of the glass canopy, ensuring its stability.

Dimensioning and Installation Diagram
Correct positioning of the holes in the glass pane is critical for the stability and safety of the structure. The diagrams below show the recommended layout of fixing points and the maximum permissible glass dimensions.
Recommended glass hole positioning dimensions:
- Maximum glass width: 2000 mm
- Maximum glass projection (depth): 1500 mm
- Distance of holes from side edges: 250 mm
- Distance of upper holes from the top edge: 88 mm
- Distance of lower holes from the bottom edge: 200 mm
- Hole diameter: Ø18 mm
Pressure rubber pads protect the glass panes from direct contact with the metal connector components, eliminating the risk of cracking and ensuring the glass is held securely in place. A complete set of rubber pads is included with every connector that comes into contact with the glass.
Due to the high level of complexity involved in installing glass canopies, it is recommended that installation work be entrusted to a qualified installation team with experience in working with toughened glass and tension rod systems.
