Rectangular Glass Clamp 45×45×26 mm Black – Zamak, Flat Surface
The rectangular glass clamp 45×45×26 mm in matt black is a robust fixing element designed for use in glass balustrade systems. Made from zamak — a high-strength zinc alloy with excellent wear resistance — it provides stable and durable retention of glass panels. The clamp is mounted on a flat surface using a bracket, enabling fast and secure fixing to steel structures, posts, or profiles.
The powder-coated black finish ensures the surface is resistant to scratches and weathering, while giving the balustrade a modern, elegant appearance. Thanks to its versatile design, the clamp is compatible with glass thicknesses from 6 mm to 10.76 mm, covering both single toughened panes and laminated VSG glass.

Design and Installation
The clamp features a slotted (kidney-shaped) mounting hole that allows precise positioning on the supporting structure. Two Allen screws visible on the side of the clamp enable smooth adjustment of the clamping force on the glass panel — without the need to fully disassemble the clamp. This is a significant advantage during installation and potential glass replacement, resulting in shorter installation times and greater convenience for the fitting team.
The clamp serves both a stabilising function — securing the glass panel against displacement from the balustrade — and an aesthetic one, enhancing the visual appeal of the steel structure.
Gaskets and Accessories
Correct installation requires the use of rubber gaskets, which protect the glass edge from direct contact with metal and ensure even distribution of clamping pressure. The gasket thickness should be selected to match the thickness of the glass being fitted. This clamp is compatible with clamping gaskets additionally marked D — available as separate accessories.
