Galvanised steel bow tensioning clamp
Description
Stirrup tensioning clamp – galvanised steel
Stirrup tensioning clamp designed for the construction of tensioning installations in lightning protection systems. Thanks to the use of galvanised steel, it provides the highest class of anti-corrosion protection — the zinc coating is additionally sealed with polymer, which significantly extends the service life of the element even in harsh weather conditions.

The clamp is compatible with round and flat conductors with a diameter of Ø8–10 mm, making it a universal solution for most standard lightning protection installations. Mounting is carried out using an M10 tensioning screw and four M8×20 screws, which guarantee a stable and secure connection to the conductor.

Application and installation. The stirrup tensioning clamp is used wherever tensioning of the lightning conductor is required — on roofs, building walls and in free-standing installations. The stirrup construction enables secure gripping of the conductor, whilst the threaded tensioning screw allows for precise tension adjustment. Installation is quick and intuitive, which translates into time savings on the construction site.
Galvanic zinc plating provides a uniform and aesthetic protective coating over the entire surface of the element. Combined with polymer sealing, this provides long-term corrosion resistance — a key feature for elements exposed to constant contact with rainwater and variable weather conditions.
