Description
Galvanised U-bolt (pipe clamp) M10 × 49 mm, for 1 1/2" pipe
CB series U-bolt (pipe clamp) in size M10×49 mm, designed for securing pipes with a connection size of 1 1/2". The galvanised coating provides corrosion protection, making the component suitable for both indoor installations and conditions exposed to moisture.

Design and installation
The U-bolt is U-shaped, with two threaded legs ending in a chamfer that makes it easier to start the nuts. The technical drawing shows the key dimensions: leg spacing (A), overall width including rod diameter (B), bend height (H), thread length (L1), thread size (M) and rod diameter (ØD). Installation involves wrapping the bend of the U-bolt around the pipe and tightening it with nuts from the underside of the support structure.
