Description
Galvanised U-bolt (pipe clamp) M10 × 35 mm, for 1" pipe
Galvanised U-bolt M10×35 mm (1") from the CB series is a classic U-bolt clamp used to secure pipes with a connection size of 1". Thanks to its galvanised coating, the component remains durable when exposed to moisture and changeable weather conditions, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
The U-bolt is supplied in the manufacturer's packaging of 20 pieces, which simplifies storage and order picking for larger installation projects.
Design and dimensions
The U-bolt is U-shaped, with two threaded legs fitted with nuts and washers. The technical drawing shows the key dimensions: leg spacing (A), overall width including the rod diameter (B), arch height (H), thread length (L1), thread size (M) and rod diameter (ØD). The chamfered ends of the legs make it easier to fit the nuts during installation.
