The PSRe M12x140/48 ring anchor by Dromet is a proven expansion fastener designed for the permanent fixing of structures in concrete, stone and brick substrates. Installation recommendations
The mounting hole must be drilled perpendicular to the substrate surface and thoroughly cleaned of debris and dust. The fastener should be able to be inserted into the hole with light hammer taps. The nut must be tightened only using a torque wrench — this ensures controlled expansion of the ring sleeve and proper anchoring. After the fastener has expanded, the washer under the nut should be firmly pressed against the fixed element, guaranteeing full load transfer.
The parameters set out in Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 must not be exceeded — they constitute binding conditions for the safe use of the anchor.
