Dromet PSRe M10x90 mm Galvanised Ring Expansion Anchor
The PSRe M10×90 ring anchor from Dromet is a proven mechanical fastener with a ring-shaped design, intended for the permanent fixing of profiles, metal structures, grilles, railings, machinery and building fittings. Thanks to its European Technical Approval ETA 05/0242, CE certificate and national approval AT-15-7574/2008, it is approved for use in load-bearing structural connections — eliminating the risk of formal objections during acceptance inspections.
Made of structural steel with anti-corrosion protection in the form of electro-galvanised zinc coating, the anchor provides long-lasting corrosion protection in indoor and moderately humid conditions. The set includes a nut and washer — there is no need to order separate accessories.
Application and substrates
The PSRe anchor is designed for installation in the following substrates:
- Non-cracked concrete of at least class B20 (C16/20)
- Natural stone with a dense structure
- Solid brick
Installation recommendations
- Drill the mounting hole perpendicular to the substrate surface and clean it thoroughly of dust
- Insert the fastener using light hammer taps
- Use a torque wrench for tightening — it guarantees the correct tightening torque
- After the fastener has expanded, the washer under the nut must be firmly pressed against the fixed element
- Installation parameters and permissible loads are specified by approval AT-15-7574/2008 — they must not be exceeded
