Installation recommendations
The mounting hole should be drilled perpendicular to the substrate surface and thoroughly cleaned of drilling dust. The fastener should be insertable with light hammer taps. A torque wrench is required for installation — once the fastener has expanded, the washer under the nut must be firmly tightened against the fixed element. All data regarding permissible loads, spacings and edge distances is provided in Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 — the parameters specified therein must not be exceeded.
