Installation recommendations
The mounting hole should be drilled perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, and then thoroughly cleaned of drilling dust. The fastener should be able to be inserted into the hole using light hammer taps. The nut should be tightened using a torque wrench to achieve the correct torque in accordance with the approval guidelines. After the fastener has expanded, the washer under the nut should be firmly pressed against the fixed element. The parameters specified in Technical Approval AT-15-7574/2008 must not be exceeded.
