Decorative Strap Hinge for Gate Leaves 700 mm × 50 mm – Black

Decorative strap hinge 700 mm is a durable hinge arm designed for mounting gate leaves. With its decorative arrow-shaped end and stylish cuts along the arm, this component combines solid load-bearing function with aesthetics reminiscent of traditional blacksmithing — ideal for property fencing, driveways and garden gates.

The arm features three mounting holes (square openings) enabling secure attachment to the gate leaf. The hinge sleeve on the pin side ensures stable mounting on the post pivot. The black coating protects the steel from corrosion and gives the component a uniform, elegant appearance.

Application and mounting

The decorative strap hinge is designed for gate leaves with wooden or steel construction. The arm is mounted directly to the gate leaf using through bolts via the square holes, and the sleeve part of the hinge is fitted onto a pin (pivot) fixed in the post. The decorative finish means the component complements fencing in rustic, classical and residential styles perfectly — which is why it is popular for projects where not only durability but also aesthetic detail matters.
