Description
Corner balustrade post stainless steel 40×40×1060 mm – 4 glass clamps
Corner balustrade post made from AISI 304 stainless steel with 40×40 mm profile and 1060 mm height (total with handrail support 1100 mm). Designed for building glass balustrades — balcony and stair — using tempered or laminated glass panels. Satin finish gives the post a modern, elegant appearance that complements both interior and exterior spaces perfectly.
Solid construction and universal application
The post is made from a closed profile with 40×40 mm cross-section and 2 mm wall thickness, guaranteeing high rigidity and durability of the entire structure. Thanks to the use of AISI 304 stainless steel, the product demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, allowing installation both inside buildings and outdoors — on balconies, terraces or staircases.
Equipped with 4 glass clamps measuring 45×45 mm, it enables secure mounting of glass panels in corner configuration (90°). The spacing between clamp mounting holes is 610 mm, and the distance from the upper edge of the profile to the upper pair of clamps is 200 mm, from the lower edge to the lower pair — 250 mm. Mounting holes are prepared for M8 screws.

Corner handrail connector — adjustment on site
The handrail support is not permanently bonded — its installation requires the use of anaerobic adhesive for stainless steel. This solution gives the installer complete freedom to adjust the post positioning to site conditions. If necessary — e.g. due to floor unevenness — the post profile can be cut to the required length. The corner handrail connector has a height of 80 mm, base of 40 mm fitted to the post profile, and the mounting plate opening angle is 90°.
Base cover plate
The set includes a decorative base cover plate with external dimensions of 108×108 mm, height of 22 mm and internal opening of 40×40 mm fitted to the post profile. The cover plate material thickness is 1.5 mm. The cover plate aesthetically conceals the post mounting point to the substrate, giving the balustrade a professional, finished appearance.

Installation guidelines
The post is designed for surface mounting — fixing to the substrate is achieved through the profile base. The corner construction (90°) enables building balustrades at bends and corners. The total balustrade height after handrail installation is 1100 mm, which meets standard safety requirements for balustrades. Thanks to the non-permanent handrail support connection, installation is faster and any positioning adjustments are easier.
