C-channel connector for fence gravel board is a robust mounting component designed for the permanent connection of concrete gravel board panels to fence posts. It has been engineered for gravel boards with dimensions of 200 × 55 mm, ensuring a precise fit and stable seating of the panel in all conditions.

The product is made from steel protected with an electro-galvanised coating. Electro-galvanising provides a uniform, smooth protective layer with an attractive silver finish. The coating effectively protects the steel against corrosion, moisture, and weathering, guaranteeing long-lasting durability without the need for additional maintenance. The raw, metallic appearance of the C-channel complements galvanised fencing and versatile fence arrangements perfectly.

Design and installation

The connector features a C-shaped profile into which the concrete gravel board panel is seated. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, allowing easy and stable placement of a 55 mm thick panel with a small installation clearance. The integrated Ø 6 mm cross bar acts as a locking mechanism — preventing the gravel board from sliding out of the bracket, thereby increasing the durability and safety of the entire structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow quick screwing of the C-channel to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes permits positional adjustment during installation, significantly speeding up the work of the installation crew. The flat base of the C-channel protects the gravel board from mechanical damage during fitting.
