Carport VICA 3x2 is a variant of the VICA family for 6 parking spaces and 45 PV panels in one structural sequence. This is a solution for residential communities with parking spaces, medium-sized service companies, agrotourism farms, or motels. One structure, one PV installation with power output of 18–22 kWp, one frontage – cohesive aesthetics and economy of one project instead of several separate installation tasks.

Logistics and transport

Structural kit weighing approx. 1988 kg delivered by pallet transport to your specified address – to you or directly to the construction site. Invoice arrives by email immediately after dispatch, technical documents in the package together with equipment. The six-space structure requires foundations under each column – we provide foundation drawings for point foundations in the documentation package.

Who is the 3x2 variant for

Six spaces is the "sweet spot" for residential communities covering parking spaces in common areas, for small companies with 4–6 service vehicles, for agrotourism farms (covered guest parking) and for smaller hotel facilities. One structural arrangement covering 6 cars in one sequence provides uniform property frontage appearance, and one PV installation with power of 18–22 kWp from 45 panels usually covers facility consumption with large reserve – surplus sales to grid or full autonomous summer days.

Strength parameters

Structure redesigned for loading of wind up to 28 m/s (100.8 km/h) and snow up to 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²). These are values covering most locations in Poland and EU countries excluding high-altitude areas and direct coastal strips. Execution class EXC2 confirmed by EN 1090-1 certificate, supplied in package with structure.

Material and coating

Steel profiles – S350GD (minimum yield strength 350 MPa) coated on both sides by hot-dip Magnelis ZM310 (zinc + 3.5% Al + 3% Mg, ArcelorMittal). Magnesium activates edge self-healing mechanism after cutting – corrosion resistance approx. 3× higher than classic hot-dip galvanising, very good performance in chloride environments (road salt, marine atmosphere) and ammonia environments (farms, livestock). Fastening elements from stainless steel A2-70 – everything designed for decades of operation without maintenance.
