Description
Carport VICA 2x2 cars – four parking spaces, 30 panels, PV installation at home or business
Carport VICA 2x2 cars is a variant of the VICA family with 4 parking spaces and 30 PV panels – two double-space modules positioned side by side and connected by a shared support beam. This solution is designed for residential communities, farms, small businesses and families with several cars. One frontage, one roof, one photovoltaic installation with a power output typically 12–15 kWp.
Manufacturer: Synerga Polska Sp. z o.o. – production facility near Sieradz, ISO 9001 and EN 1090-1 certified. Steel mill materials, profiles and connecting elements are manufactured in Poland, 100% within the EU. Components are constantly available from stock – no waiting months for a container from Asia, plan your installation with realistic timelines. Everything comes with a 25-year warranty on the anti-corrosion coating.
Logistics – pallet delivery to destination address
Complete kit weighing approx. 1331 kg delivered via pallet transport to your specified address – we can send to you or directly to the construction site. This significantly simplifies field installations – no cargo transhipment between warehouses, no double logistics. Invoice by email immediately after dispatch, technical documentation in one package with the structure.
Who we designed the 4-space carport for
VICA 2x2 cars works well where you need to shelter 3–4 cars in one continuous line – in multi-generational homes, farms, small service businesses, communities with 2–4 parking spaces in a shared garage area. Two 2-space modules on one foundation with one PV installation offers better project economics than two separate carports – one inverter, one DC connection, one distribution board. Daily energy production from 30 panels significantly covers single-family home consumption (typically summer surpluses go to the grid for net energy balancing or to storage).
Design strength
Structure designed for wind loads up to 28 m/s (100.8 km/h) and snow loads up to 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²) – values covering most locations in central Europe. For mountainous areas (above 600 m a.s.l.), direct coastal areas or locations with wind exposure from open spaces, it's worth commissioning individual analysis by a structural designer. Execution class EXC2 confirmed by EN 1090-1 certificate.
Before ordering, enter your address in the tool below – it will show the indicative wind and snow zone for the given location in Poland and EU countries.
Compare with other VICA family models
If this is too much – we have VICA 1 car SOLO (1 car, 9 panels) and VICA 2 cars SOLO (2 cars, 15 panels) with higher strength parameters (smaller surface area catching loads). In the opposite direction – VICA 3x2 (6 spaces), VICA 4x2 (8 spaces) or asymmetric VICA 2 + 1. In the table below you can compare net prices and technical parameters of all variants side by side.

Steel and anti-corrosion coating for the entire project lifetime
Column and beam profiles are structural steel S350GD (minimum yield strength 350 MPa). Covered with double-sided hot-dip Magnelis ZM310 coating (zinc + 3.5% aluminium + 3% magnesium, ArcelorMittal). Clamps and fittings are stainless steel A2-70. In practice, Magnelis coating has three times greater corrosion resistance than hot-dip galvanising of the same thickness, self-heals cut edges and performs very well in chloride atmospheres (road salt, coastal areas) and ammonia atmospheres (farms, livestock).
Design standards used in production:
- EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2, EN 1090-4 – execution of steel and aluminium structures
- PN-EN 1991-1-3 (Eurocode 1) – snow loads
- PN-EN 1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1) – wind loads
- PN-EN 1993-1-8 (Eurocode 3) – design of steel connections
- ISO 9001 – quality management system
Complete documentation (DXF drawings, instructions, EN 1090-1 and ISO 9001 certificates, GPSR card) is available in the gallery below the description.
Why VICA 2x2 cars works in practice
- Shared PV installation for 4 spaces – one inverter, one DC string, lower installation costs than 2 separate carports
- 30 panels = typically 12–15 kWp – covers daily home and electric car consumption with large margin
- Magnelis ZM310 coating – same standard as ground-mounted PV farms designed for 25+ years
- EXC2 execution class confirmed by EN 1090-1 certificate
- Adjustable side clamps included – compatible with most panels (30–40 mm thickness)
- Pallet delivery to address – to you or straight to construction site
- Constant availability from Polish warehouse – short delivery times
- 25-year warranty on coating
