Carport VICA 2 cars SOLO – complete kit for 2 cars and 15 PV panels
Carport VICA 2 cars SOLO is a complete photovoltaic structure for 2 parking spaces and 15 PV panels, supplied in a single package on a pallet. We designed it with installation companies in mind that need a repeatable solution, available off the shelf, with predictable quality. (Please note: the price includes the structure only – profiles, fasteners, panel clamps and assembly instructions. PV panels, inverter, DC cabling and the entire electrical part are not included in the kit – you select and buy them separately.)
100% made in the European Union. VICA is manufactured in our factory Synerga Polska Sp. z o.o. – it is not a product imported from China. Steel, profiles, clamps, fasteners – everything is produced and inspected within the EU, in accordance with Eurocode standards. That is why we can guarantee short lead times, stable supplies and a 25-year warranty on the anti-corrosion coating.
Delivery to the door – to you or directly to your customer
The whole kit fits on one pallet and is sent by courier to the door – to your address or straight to the end customer's delivery address. You decide when placing the order. If you work on the road or want to avoid double logistics, we ship the structure directly to the installation site – you don't need to arrange transport the other way or move the pallet between warehouses. The invoice is sent by email – the paperwork is done before the package arrives.
Assembly by two people
Two people are needed to assemble the carport – this is due to the roof dimensions. However, the structure is noticeably lighter and more compact than classic PV carports on the market: no element exceeds 2.37 m in length, and all connections use a standard set of spanners. The kit includes illustrated step-by-step instructions – clear even for a crew installing VICA for the first time.
Strength and location check
The VICA 2 cars SOLO carport is designed for a wind load of up to 28 m/s (100.8 km/h) and a snow load of up to 1.6 kN/m² (approx. 163 kg/m²) – values covering the vast majority of locations in central Europe.

European quality and 25-year warranty
The structure is made of high-grade S350GD steel with a Magnelis ZM310 anti-corrosion coating – hot-dip applied, on both sides, in accordance with EN 10346. It is an alloy containing 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium; it is the magnesium content that gives the coating a self-healing effect on cut edges and drilled holes – a stable protective film forms at the point of damage and stops corrosion before it can spread. Magnelis offers corrosion resistance at least 3 times better than conventional galvanised steel, and its strengths are marine, chloride and ammonia environments (e.g. agricultural areas, roads salted in winter).
Magnelis ZM310 is the standard in ground-mounted photovoltaic farms designed for long service life – it is the coating recommended by the steel manufacturer (ArcelorMittal) for ground-mounted PV installations and chosen by leading manufacturers of mounting structures in Europe. Thanks to this coating, we can guarantee a 25-year warranty on the anti-corrosion coating in standard environmental conditions. In locations with extreme corrosion risk (e.g. coastal areas with a high amount of salt in the air), different conditions may apply – you will find the details in the warranty card.
