The adjustable weld-on hinge M16 is a robust hardware component designed for the installation of swing gates and wicket gates. Thanks to the M16 threaded bolt with an adjusting nut, it allows precise alignment of the gate leaf both during installation and throughout its service life — particularly useful for compensating gate sag or thermal deformation of metal in extreme weather conditions.
The design combines a zinc-plated bolt with backplate and a black steel eye intended to be welded directly into the gate frame or post. This solution provides a durable and neat connection whilst allowing adjustment of the leaf height and tension at any time — simply tighten or loosen the nut.
The permissible load for a pair of hinges on a gate leaf up to 2 m in length is 65 kg, making it suitable for the majority of standard gates and wicket gates used in residential and light industrial construction.
