Adjustable long hinge M18 is a durable hardware element designed for mounting swing gates. Thanks to the M18 threaded bolt and adjusting nut, it enables precise correction of gate leaf positioning — both immediately after installation and during operation, e.g. when the structure sags under its own weight or undergoes thermal deformations during winter.
Steel construction with galvanised coating guarantees high corrosion resistance and weather resistance, making this hinge an ideal solution for outdoor applications. The hinge ear is made from black (raw) steel, whilst the bolt and nuts are galvanised. The permissible load for pair of hinges on a gate leaf 2 m long is 80 kg, which allows for safe hanging of standard gate leaves.
