Adjustable steel hinge with M20 bolt and rectangular plate 160×85 mm — designed for mounting swing gates and garden gates. The construction with nut adjustment allows for precise positioning of the leaf both during installation and during operation, when temperature changes or loading cause stresses in the structure.
Post-installation adjustment is a key advantage of this hinge. In case of gate leaf sagging, seasonal thermal deformations or after years of operation — simply correct the position with the adjustment nut, without the need to dismantle the entire structure. The rectangular plate with four mounting holes ensures stable and even load transfer to the post. The permissible load of a pair of hinges mounted on a leaf with a length of 2 m is 105 kg, which makes the product suitable for typical swing gates and garden gates in property fencing.
Anti-corrosion protection in the form of galvanising guarantees years of resistance to atmospheric conditions — the hinge is fully adapted for outdoor installation. The hinge pin is black in colour, providing an aesthetic contrast with the galvanised plate.
