Adjustable M12 hinge with rectangular plate 75×38 mm is a robust hardware element designed for mounting light gates and wickets. Thanks to its adjustable construction with M12 screw, it allows precise positioning of the leaf — both during installation and during operation, e.g. after sagging of the structure or in response to temperature changes.
The rectangular plate with four mounting holes ensures stable and secure attachment to the post or frame. The M12 threaded screw enables smooth adjustment of extension within the range of 38–55 mm, giving the installer full control over gate positioning relative to the post. The hinge eye rotates freely on the pin axis, ensuring smooth operation of the leaf.
Screw and plate are galvanised, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and allows trouble-free outdoor use. The hinge eye is made from mild steel, providing high mechanical strength and wear resistance.
