Adjustable hinge with rectangular plate M20 is a robust hardware component designed for mounting gate leaves and wicket gates. Steel construction with zinc coating ensures years of corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions, whilst the built-in adjustment mechanism allows correction of leaf alignment at any time — even after completed installation.
Adjustment without dismantling
Threaded bolt M20 enables smooth height adjustment of the hinge using a nut. This is particularly useful when the gate leaf sags over time or when temperature changes cause shrinkage and expansion of the metal structure. Simply tighten or loosen the nut to restore proper alignment — without the need to remove the gate.
Rectangular plate measuring 110×75 mm is equipped with four mounting holes, ensuring stable and secure attachment to post or wall. Permissible load for pair of hinges on a 2 m leaf is 105 kg.
